Fix repository content summary report not listing all files

Description

The repository content summary report sometimes does not list all files in a folder. This occurred after requesting the report for the /programs and later for the /result folders. One file was shown in the report for '/programs' but three files were actually in the folder. The missing files definitely exist, as they can still be copied to the GS. During the week this issue occurred, the "copy a file" request often failed to properly copy a file or did terminate before receiving the final ACK after an otherwise successful file transfer. Maybe this influenced the problem.

I think this is a known display issue in COSMOS. We can fit at most 4 entries in a report. If we send multiple reports, COSMOS only shows the last one. 3 files in a folder + . and .. (which also count as entries) = 5 entries → 2 reports with only a single entry in the second one and that's the one, that COSMOS shows.
