Add ESP Web Tools for easy flashing

Describe the solution you'd like
ESP Web Tools is a solution for managing ESP8266 and ESP32 devices in the browser. Therefore, it would make the installation process much easier for people who are not so familiar with flashing software on microcontrollers and such.
I personally don't have the time to implement this at the moment, but I think it would lower the barrier to entry of this great software project considerably.
