Wrapping ELF into an installable MCP package

MCP is built for simple tools. ELF is an emergent learning framework with persistent state, multi-agent coordination, and complex memory graphs. Direct installation gives you full control, zero latency, and doesn't waste context on protocol overhead. If you want MCP integration later, you can build a thin wrapper - but the core stays direct.

Honestly, I developed ELF from my own core ideas - I never really researched what else was out there. Just doing what I do and building what made sense to me.

That said, I'm always open to cherry-picking concepts that work well with the framework. If there's something from BMAD or Claude Flow that slots in nicely, I'm not opposed to incorporating it. But ELF's foundation came from my own thinking about how agents should learn and grow, not from studying existing approaches.

We just added some BMAD inspired concepts, and I will look in to Claude Flow as you mention. An agent could use Claude Flow for project orchestration while ELF runs as the underlying mechanism for retaining insights and improving across sessions. The MCP packaging would make that integration cleaner - any project-centric framework could tap into ELF's learning capabilities as a service.

Curious what others think about this layered approach.

I wonder if this would be doing something orthogonal to BMAD and Claude Flow? Thinking along those lines and how they might do things for project-centric thinking which is similar to self-learning agents but somewhat different

I am going to do some testing with an mcp to connect ELF to Claude Flow. I added some BMAD concepts that align with our project a few hours ago.
