you would need to fork and customize the repo, but sure anything is possible. I have thought about making it work with open sourced models at some point, but it is not my current objective.

For instance you could totally have a local model do alot of the summary, and save a penny vs have claude haiku do that. Problem is it complicates things, because everyone has access to different hardware. Could also make api work with it as well so you use api instead of a subscription and run the new glm 4.7, deep seek, etc whatever ya want.

That's a shame. I have had some good experiences with devstral/codestral and would love to use them. Forking myself is completely out of my scope, unfortunately.

after a little research maybe you should try https://github.com/mem0ai/mem0 ? it has nearly 50,000 stars it would allow memory and local llm use.

I don't do local llm use. I had tried mem0 when there were very new and didn't like it. I prefer staying here. :)
