No content in Linux but the website works find on the same machine

Bug description

I'm in a hotel for a few days, and Webcord worked fine the first evening, but since then it doesn't load anything in the main body of the window. The Discord website works fine on Firefox, but it also doesn't load anything in Chromium 141.0.7390.107.

Could you verify if Firefox is using DNS over HTTPS? And same for Chromium?

In general, try to verify if DNS servers you're using aren't filtering Discord in any way. As of DoH on WebCord, this is that one feature I want to implement, at least for Linux+NetworkManager net management, DoH or DoT (DNS over TLS) isn't quite obvious to set it up.

Firefox's DoH setting is off. Chromium's is on, assuming "Use secure DNS" is the same as DoH. However, this afternoon WebCord is working fine!

Well, maybe not. I didn't actually try to use the app yet; I just noticed that it loaded the servers and the channel I was last on. When I try to view new content, I get the "Messages Failed To Load" modal instead.

I don't think this is specifically issue with WebCord tho. It could be just a system-wide networking issue since I'm unsure what is going on. With no info on what's happening (DevTools Network tab to look for req/res details?) I won't be able to fix it at all or let alone reproduce it in any kind of the environment.
You might go as far as to try to proxy connection through VPN or TOR to see if that'll help in any way. At least if you believe your network connection is fine.
