Step Participant List Block Filtering Issues (Date Picker UI)

Description

Two separate issues here that are similar in nature. Both apply to the Step Participant List Block.

1. If you try to add a filter to the Created Date Range on this block, and you choose "Date Range", the date picker covers up the date field, making it impossible to see what you are typing into the field. I often choose to type into the field instead of pick something from the picker.

2. Let's say I have a small number of people in the list and I also have a small screen. If I try to filter via either the "Date Started" or "Date Completed" columns, and I choose the "Between" option, I am unable to view the date picker at all. I attempted to scroll down to reveal the Date Picker, but you are also unable to scroll down leaving the Date Picker off the page.

Actual Behavior

For issue 1, the Date Picker is covering the Date Fields.
For issue 2, the Date Picker is off the page, not allowing a date to be selected.

Expected Behavior

For issue 1, I would expect the Date Picker not to cover the Date Fields.
For issue 2, I would expect it to function similar to the Batch List Block. Looking at the Batch List Block, if I have a low number of results and a super small screen, the picker is off the page, however the page will scroll down to reveal the date picker.
