A small suggestion

I am one of those who choose to not scatter items by choosing "2" in the .ini settings.

The installer still says:

**Placing items...

Scattering new items throughout game...**

This can be quite confusing for the user and it'd better be suppressed if no scattering is selected.

This refers to some new items added by 1PP that will appear in the game regardless of the choices made during the installation. The new items should be made optional in the future versions.
