Bug description

Quayle's flail/morning star proficiency and related items changed to quarterstaff since his strength does not allow him to use the former

Readme.

I don't see the changes. Nothing in code, too.
And nothing else in changelog. Not sure if this got lost somehow.

Expected behavior

Changed proficiencies. Probably safe to match EE - club to replace flail.

Meet Quayle.
