Double Spawned in ToB

Hi, I've found a few bugs mostly in ToB:

1. She's spawned twice, at first from fate spirit and then after the joining dialogue she's spawned again (and leveled this time);
2. She has no kick-out/join dialogue set in ToB.

I reported the issue also on SHSforums and took the liberty to fork the mod trying to fix the issues plus a few minor inconsistencies.
