Loading via UNC path not working

Hi

We have a customer who uses SpinTools 2.0.0 on their farm (Windows).
They noticed that if they add the path to SpinTools into NUKE_PATH as UNC path \fileserver\share\packages\spintools , it does not work any more. You cannot add the node into a Nuke comp ("command not found").
If they mount the fileserver share via the drive S:\packages\spintools , it works fine.
All other Nuke plugins are working fine.

Sounds like the gizmos are not found, how about the menus? Are they being created (if using UNC on the workstations)?

If I remember correctly, the plugin nodes had been shown if they right-click in the comp.
But once selected the "command not found" error was shown.

Without being able to try myself, I suspect 2 possible places. Adding the plugins is done in 2 steps.
First the root folder needs to be added to the nuke path.
From there, the unit.py and menu.py take over and walk through the subfolders and add them to the path and menus.
If it makes the menus but fails to find the gizmos, I'd look into init.py
