Autoplay controls adjacent to pagination

In the Autoplay example, the play/pause buttons are inline with the pagination, both contained in a splide__controls div. I've tried replacing the structure used, however the play/pause buttons and the pagination are not contained within a splide__controls div. Can I have some light shed on how this can be accomplished?

I found the answer, simply create the structure you would like, and include the class splide__pagination where you would like it to appear. e.g.

<div class="splide__controls">
    ...
    <div class="splide__pagination"></div>
</div>
