Desktop App Size Reduced by 10000%

We have reduced Desktop app size by 10000% using Tauri instead of Electron. We are still testing it in Dev branch you can use git checkout dev in your cloned directory to check out how much optimised it is.

App Size reduced from ~200MB to ~1.8MB(data from macOS).
