Windows Shortcut "startin" issue with loading files inside app

Heya

After updating the app, the desktop shortcut keeps the "startin" parameter with a path to the first installed version.
This causes problems later in the app when you ask to load files relative to the executable.
Only solution is in code to avoid relative paths and take the running exe path as a base .

But still, thought i should warn this.
