Add option to select uploader at share time when you have multiple uploaders #60

What you want to be added
When sharing content into the app (e.g., from Microsoft Lens or another app), allow the user to select which configured uploader/endpoint should be used. If multiple uploaders exist, present a picker (dialog, sheet, or system share target) so the user can choose one, instead of always defaulting to the same uploader.
This can be enabled through an toggleable option using the previous selected uploader as the picker default.
Why you want this feature
Users often have multiple upload endpoints configured (e.g., “Work receipts,” “Medical receipts,” “Personal”). Currently, the app always uploads to the default endpoint, requiring manual switching in settings before sharing. Allowing a picker at share-time would reduce friction when uploading to different destinations, and upport workflows where different endpoints feed into different backends.
