Would it be possible to add a small getting started tutorial so that newcomers can understand how to use the repository ?

Sure! I'll add them soon. Though it's just setting CIRILLA_TOKEN env with token from bot father. And running go build and
executing the compiled binary. I'll add some tutorial with images.
