Forbidden 403 after the quick install

I installed Stackstorm using quick install it installed successfully but got 403 Forbidden when accessing WebUI. Any suggestions?

st2 --version
st2 3.6.0, on Python 3.6.8

Checked the nginx logs

Nevermind resolved.. I disabled SELINUX.
