Webhook Rule custom header

It appears that using a custom header in a webhook rule only works when it has the prefix X-, although the deprecation of this recommendation happened back in 2012. Could this be considered a bug or does it need to be added to the Stackstorm documentation. I didn't see this requirement anywhere in the docs. Thanks!
