use SpeziQuestionnaire for post-task questions

Problem

LLMonFHIR studies have the ability to ask the user a set of questions after completing a task within a study. currently, we use a fully custom quesion UI for these

Solution

we should instead simply use the new SpeziQuestionnaire APIs. this would also enable support for additional question kinds. the resulting responses would be encoded into the study report, somehow.
