Failed parse `f' line(e.g. zero value for face index.

Hi support team, i meet this error while using igibson 1.0.3 and corresponding scripts to process cubicasa5k scene, but when i run process_scene_cubicasa.sh i got this error:

ERROR:root:Error: Failed parse `f' line(e.g. zero value for face index. line 3272.)
ERROR:root:Failed to load: /home/troye/miniconda3/envs/ig/lib/python3.8/site-packages/igibson/data/ig_dataset/objects/bottom_cabinet/cabinet_0024/shape/visual/dof_rootd_Bb002_r_m1_vm.encrypted.obj

it seems there is some problem with the ig_dataset? but i downloaded ig_dataset in official way.
