Cyrillic accent marks (U+0301) are misaligned/shifted in Russian text

Description

When viewing Russian text with combining accent marks (acute accents), the accent symbol is shifted one character to the right instead of staying above the vowel.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any wiki using the Citizen skin.
2. Navigate to a page with Russian text containing accent marks. Example word: Википе́дия (the accent is after 'е').
3. Observe the placement of the acute accent mark above the letters.

Expected behavior

The combining acute accent (U+0301) should be positioned exactly above the preceding vowel, centered horizontally. It should not affect the horizontal spacing between letters or shift to the following character.

It seems to be an upstream issue with the Roboto Flex font that we are using:

• Wrong placement of combining diacritic marks googlefonts/roboto-flex#385
• In Roboto Flex, combining diacritics are misplaced on Cyrillic letters google/fonts#9200
