When editing, `tab` doesn't go to the "Summary:" field

Describe the Bug

We recently got an uprade for Citizen skin to the latest version on PZwiki, but since the update, pressing tab doesn't go to the summary field, it goes to the PZwiki:Copyrights link. Previously, it went to the summary field.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click "Edit" on a page on https://pzwiki.net/.
2. Write anything in the editing field.
3. Press tab.
4. Observe the link going to PZwiki:Copyrights and not the summary.

Expected Behavior

Clicking tab when editing should go to the next editable field, summary in this case.

System

Actually, it seems that disabling LanguageTool extension seems to help me in that aspect as well as another issue where search results when in edit mode were duplicated, so the skin update may or may not be related.

Leaving it open in case it is, else feel free to close and I'll troubleshoot the problem further with the browser (using Firefox right now) and the LanguageTool plugin.
