BUG || Missing dds for kaith (steep01) error with parallax

accidentally closed the message too fast to get the attempted filepath but it says that slope01.dds for kaith is missing

recreation steps:
install most recent version with parallax as well (I also have volumetric clouds if that matters)
launch game
wait
see action
neuron activation

KSS2/Core/Terrain/TerrainTex/Terran1/PluginData/steep01.dds

is the thing missing

this is the new parallax I forgot the real name of it it's something like continued

transferring the install to a faster drive (like I did in the other issue I opened) fixed this issue but caused a missing pandor plant

reinstall and rolling kopernicus backk to the right version fixed the many missing ones but now it still is saying the first error here
