[bug]: Error when trying to sideload install the .s9pk

Current Behavior

When attempting to sideload the service I get the following error - on multiple devices.

Install of nextcloud@31.0.13.1 Failed: Filesystem I/O Error: error reading a body from connection: end of file before message length reached

Expected Behavior

the install should succeed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. download the .s9pk file to my fedora box
2. open the .local url to get to the startOS console
3. Navigate to System -> Sideload a service, browse and select said .s9pk file
4. Witness the error in the console

The device version I reported was the StartOS version of the target device for the install. The workstation I was using was Fedora Workstation 43.
