Compilation Error using VS Code Live Sass Compiler

I'm getting an error whenever I try to "Watch Sass" in VS Code:

Compilation Error
Error: Undefined mixin.

I tried searching for "media-breakpoint-up" in VS Code and found only @includes, no @mixin declaration. But I'm a Sass novice so perhaps I'm overlooking something.

How can I get it to compile?
