Feature Request: Detect URLs in initial message #1696

Description

Problem
When a URL is sent in the initial message, carriers flag the phone number we use as Spam. Since I cannot control the hundreds of potential admins that my organization is going to have using Spoke, I foresee running into this issue a lot and losing phone numbers in the process.

Solution
Could Spoke detect URLs in the first interaction script? At the least, would love to see these messages FLAGGED within the UI. Would prefer if Spoke UI prevents you from creating an initial message with a URL.

Context
Right now, the New York Civic Engagement Table is expanding Spoke usage to up to 60 organizations that will each have their own distributed systems/admins. Even with just 5 organizations, I am noticing that they keep making the same mistake of adding a link to the first message, and I keep having to notify them that this causes a carrier violation. I've had to re-purchase phone numbers many times now.
