Bug: Messages handled by optout handler have Needs Texter Response status

Describe the bug
When a conversation is opted out by the auto-optout message handler, it correctly opts out but the status is Needs Texter Response. This is confusing when reviewing conversations or determining which conversations still need to be replied to.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have auto-optout configured in the message handler list in the Spoke env vars
2. Receive a message that meets the opt out pattern (i.e. STOP)
3. Go to Message Review --> filter for Opted out convos
4. Observe that simple opt out cases that have been handled by the message handler show a status of Needs Texter Response.

Expected behavior
The status should be Active Conversation (as it is when you manually opt out someone) or Closed.
