Feature Request: Enable sound/chime for new replies

Problem
Sometimes when text banking, I open another tab to do other work. Then when I check Spoke again, messages have been waiting for a while.

Solution
With some kind of notification sound or chime, I'd be able respond right away like I want to.

Just some context that currently, texters are notified via email when they have something pending in their queue, so it would be good to keep that in mind when crafting up a notification scheme for Spoke!

I'm thinking of adding the sound and tying it to an environment variable which should give the user some control so they won't be overwhelmed

I was having trouble all day today with loading and playing the chime file I got.

I tried a few things like using the tag, and using the uifx library (https://www.npmjs.com/package/uifx?activeTab=readme). In addition, I also tried modifying the webpack config to read mp3s but that didn't work either.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide some insight/help as this issue is definitely more complicated than I thought

We were able to resolve some of the issues but we just wanted to make sure if you're okay with the chime going off when the person is a "Texter" and the message is a unique message aka not a repeat of the previous message. Would these conditions be considered correct for us to trigger the chime sound?

The chime would sound any time the texter receives a message that is not the same as the previous message from the same contact?

I'm wondering if the chime could be set to trigger when a certain threshold of replies are accumulating? Would love feedback from the community on this!

Hi -- I think I remember seeing an in depth conversation about when a notification should be triggered (in the context of email and sms). Something along the lines of not notifying you if you actively have Spoke in focus and are responding. This might be better to discuss instead of going back and forth on github because I think there is a lot of conditional logic about how many times you'd want to make a sound (e.g. If I just sent a bunch of texts then changed focus to another tab and 50 replies come in, should it chime 50 times... probably not ... but if I got 3 should it chime 3 times, that seems right)
