Bug: Customize title of unsent text release button in dynamic assignment

Currently, the title is changed from “Done for The Day” button in dynamic assignment to “Return unsent texts” which has shown better results. But, we must make that edit in every campaign and does not copy over when copying a campaign. Let’s make this a universal hard coded message, similar to how we change the opt-out message: https://spoke.moveon.org/admin/3/settings

This page can be found as an option when an administrator goes to create a campaign. Instead of having to set this variable per campaign, we'd like to set it as a per organization level.

For the purposes of this sprint, this is a quick overview on the discoveries we have made and the design points we have been working on.

All this work has occurred during facilitated paired-programming time. @denverdevelopments is the lead volunteer developer for this section and I am part of his team.

First of all, we have decided to prioritize merging Extension Settings Panel into the main branch. We identified that it would be a natural addition to add a toggle button that returns text messages that have not be sent within an already established toggle-bar.

Upon merging some of the conflicts, the most divisive merging conflict existed with a design shift from src/integrations to src/extensions.

If you check and compare the differences and similarities between MoveOn/Spoke's src/extensions/message-handler/auto-optout/index.js AND Extension Settings Panel src/integrations/message-handlers/auto-optout/index.js you'll find that a lot of the functionality is highly similar.

Instead of trying to bring back the integrations folder through patient copy/paste, we decided to run the application and see where it was breaking.

Right away, we got error messages referencing a Toggle Material UI that was missing from the codebase. In efforts to maintain consistent and dry code, we checked in with other volunteers and identified that we have to locate and/or establish a Toggle Material UI, and have decided on this one.
