Improve plugin dev documentation about `defaults` dir

Currently in Getting Started section it is not clear for what purpose defaults folder for. But in this MR there is an requirement to place all custom python files (except main.py) in defaults folder.

I think we could add more information about it, including HOW-TO for local environment.

Also I could try resolve it by myself, if it is welcomed :)
