Single file download example?

I noticed in the help it says:

-filelist <file.txt> | the name of a local file that contains a list of files to download (from the manifest). prefix file path with regex: if you want to match with regex. each file path should be on their own line.

I am a novice, could someone please write me an example of how the file should be written in the file.txt, and example of how the -filelist parameter should be writen in the cmd
