Known limitations using JetBrains Rider

With the latest changes in #98, the template looks like:

Limitations:

• Titles for symbols are missing
• Both Steeltoe version drop-down and free-format string field are displayed
• Hidden options for kestrel ports are shown
• Using the Steeltoe dev NuGet feed only works when "Put solution and project in the same directory" is checked. Otherwise, the nuget.config file ends up in a subdirectory of the solution (the project directory), which Rider doesn't read from.
