NTRIP 2 support

NTRIP 2 is more and more common, and would be a solution to send the rtcm stream to an infrastructure with 2 casters with a fail over.

str2str from RTKLib is limited to NTRIP 1. RTKLib needs some work to support Ntrip 2

Use https://github.com/simeononsecurity/ntripserver instead of str2str for str2str_ntrip_A/B.service
