Building Windows 2019 with Qemu locks up

Trying to build windows_2010_docker.json with Qemu on M1 MacBook Pro.

Have made changes to the JSON file per StefanScherer/windows-docker-machine#84, and have the .iso as a local file.

The process runs for a while and seems to set up the box, but eventually at the same step every time it locks up on this screen:

Afraid not, I had to fall back to another approach on this.
