Description
Thanks for sharing this package. It looks nice and the speeds you report are impressive.
I am working on a boundary element method and would love to use this package to accelerate evaluations given large STL geometries, similar to a Barnes-Hut method used for N-body simulations. This would involve aggregating properties from the STL faces up to the nodes created in the ImplicitTree. However, the leaves in the BVH are sorted, meaning they won't line up with my original panel vector.
Is there a way to map these back to their original ordering, or to reproduce the permutation you apply to the leaves to my panel vector?
Thanks,
Gabe
