Build Transaction Status Toast Notification System

Goal

Provide real-time user feedback when submitting transactions to the Stellar network.

Scope

• Toast states: Pending, Success, Failed.
• Include direct transaction hash link to Stellar Expert explorer.
• Auto-dismiss success toasts after 5 seconds; keep failed toasts sticky.
