Telrad view messes up magnitude limit

Hello,
I don't know if it's a bug but it's very special.
Viewing with the telrad mode disables the magnitude limit, and worse when exiting this mode, the limit is not re-activated.
I am using the latest version on windows 10.

I attached my config.ini file.
I tried it on another PC and have the same issue. Switching to telrad view disable the magnitude limit.

Even worse, it disables limitation, but resets the value to zero. This code is immensely tangled, though.
