Unnecessary Options when building for platforms other than Arduino

Used the cookiecutter to build a Linux Deployment, the cookiecutter still shows the following options:

startup_delay_msec
startup_arduino_led_flash
arduino_log_stream

Even though they should be Arduino only options

Unfortunately, while I can do some fancy things that make this template nearly a wizard, the problem is that cookiecutter itself does not support hiding options. I would need to create an entirely separate template for Linux if removing the extraneous options is a priority. For not this is unlikely to be fixed due to limitations of the underlying tool.
