Remove OptimizeWarning in periodogram

```PIPS.photdata.periodogram()``` often returns warning ```OptimizeWarning: Covariance of the parameters could not be estimated```.
Since covariance matrix is not needed for periodogram, we should probably suppress this warning by default.
