Feature request: Edit text and images in PDF?

I imagine this is probably already planned, but thought I'd ask - any chance editing text and images could be added to KillerPDF? I still keep a copy of Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro around for this.

I would like to second this motion. Text editing seems to work for some documents (double-click on the text and it becomes editable), but not all documents. After testing a few I think it's better with doc that I've converted directly to pdf from a word or google doc, but it doesn't seem to recognize text that's been scanned (ocr issue?).
