I've spotted that becausepishworth.com is being used by adchoices. I found this one whilst visiting https://jsonformatter.org/. Adding to my local list has dealt with it.

It appears that there is some rotation of domains in use

I have just seen https://6.kick.eekknightsoon.com/player/jsonformatter.org/ captured on the screenshot below
