Java error seems to be preventing operation

I installed via docker compose on my laptop running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.

I get a disconnect in browser when trying to connect to localhost:8080. Some attempts to diagnose led to this error in the logs:

Failed to mark memory page as executable - check if grsecurity/PaX is enabled

If anyone can assist. Happy to provide whatever logs or other data is needed to help with diagnosis.
