Hi @Splinter9410! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the Stirling-PDF team. This is a known issue with the Stirling-PDF Windows app when connecting to self-hosted servers. The browser works because it handles authentication differently, but the Windows app often fails due to how it interacts with the server's login settings. Here’s what you can try:
The maintainers have acknowledged this bug and released fixes, but some users still report issues depending on their environment. If you need login enabled for browser access, toggling the setting and restarting the container often helps. If you’re using advanced authentication (OAuth2/SAML2), make sure your configuration matches what the app expects [source]. Let me know if you need more details or if these steps don’t resolve it! To reply, just mention @dosu. How did I do? Good | Irrelevant | Incorrect | Verbose | Hallucination | Report 🐛 | Other |
