[Feature Request]: Show table of contents of pdfs

Feature Description

For pdf files with table of contents, it would be nice to be able to see this and to use the table of contents to navigate the psd

Why is this feature valuable?

Valuable for very large pdfs to see the contents and easily move to a given section
