[Feat] add tradehistory in MySQL

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
After execute, tradehistorys save in DB. We set the saving point and implement save method

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Using JPA, we add repo layer methods and connect DB and Server.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Between DB and Server, We could apply MessageQueue for non-synchronize.
