bin/init-adcirc.shand everything underpatches/ADCIRCinto its own repofetchTroubleshooting will then have both an ASGS "version" to test and an ABW "version" to test. When there are weird issues it is hard to "go back" to a working version of ADCIRC due to changing ADCIRC patches, by decoupling ASGS and ADCRC in this way it would be much easier to figure out if it is an ASGS issue or ADCIRC - their concerns are orthogonal.
