Recreate muzzleflash as particle effect replacement, rather than using the AR2 muzzleflash animation event. (Portal gun muzzle flash is missing #917 needs to be fixed for this)
Bring back P1's holding beams effects. doing this as a particle replacement is not practical, so it needs to be done by implementing P1's holding beam effects code-side.
Bring back P1's tube light sprite, including its white colour when there are no portals active
Bring back P1's top light sprite. unlike the tube light, it's not there when there are no portals active
