Port crosshair behaviors from Momentum Mod

As you can see on the screen,
you change :
-the size of the crossahair,
-the the gap
-thickness
-disable or enable the center dot(also there should be a thing to change the size of the center dot )
-disable or enable the outline, change the outline Tchikness

there should be an option to disable or enable the news behavior of crosshair (old meaning the ones the classic source one)
