Allow specifying a stream name when calling `send`

Hello,

I really like using this library but I find that not being able to provide a stream name when calling send is a severe limitation. The original KPL library allows you to do this which is very useful.

Would it be possible to make another API to support this?

Sorry about the delay in responding. The developer who was managing this library has moved on from the company, I'm still getting caught up. I'll see if I can find some time to look into this change, that said we'd be happy to accept a PR implementing this if you are interested in giving that a shot.
