consider to update linode default image from Ubuntu 16.04 LTS #1807
playbooks/roles/genesis-linode/defaults/main.yml still uses Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Expected behavior:
Expect for a more updated image:
linode/ubuntu18.04
or
linode/ubuntu20.04
