[Feature request] Enable / disable plugins

Currently the only option within the plugins screen is to configure or remove a plugin. It would be great if you could disable a plugin without having to remove it entirely. For example I have multiple debrids, but if one of them is down it'd be great if I could simply disable the corresponding plugin without having to remove it with all its setup data.
